Some thoughts live past a conversation or a daydream. They can’t die after journaling or a quick post. They become monologues I perform for people for months and months. They are speeches I hope to live on past my time. I wanted a space for those speeches to live. These are the sincere, lighthearted, and heavy-hearted thoughts of mine.

Boys Need Love Too

These are unfiltered trains of thought I have for boys who have made imprints in my life. In a culture obsessed with romantic endeavors, it has become nearly impossible to express gratitude to someone of the opposite sex. If you do, you shouldn’t say it too passionately or emotionally because that must mean you want to marry them. I write these in an effort not to be censored by the restraints of culture’s sex-driven mindset and to show that friends are worthy of passionate love, too.
